This specialisation prepares you for sales and business. The interaction between strategy, marketing, sales and after-sales services is an important tool for sales-oriented companies and a central factor for success. This module teaches you relevant know-how for sales and negotiation talks, different distribution systems, and sales by telephone or trusted digital distribution channels.

 

This specialisation leads you into the topic of the new working environment and structure. Megatrends are huge influencers on human resource management and agile organisational structures. Digitisation, for example, and other trends are affecting leadership, organisation, and personnel management: You’ll learn how and also receive an introduction into economic psychology and its influencing factors.

 

This specialisation provides you with a systematic overview of the basic functions of suppliers operating in financial markets and the financial services they offer. In addition to financing and investment with banks and insurance companies, you’ll also examine the various forms of securities transactions, including insurance contracts for risk transfer.

 

Business Intelligence (BI) deals with the creation of information from company data that’s relevant not only to selective management control, but also to the optimisation of company activities. The data warehouse installation often serves as a basis of a company or organisation. In the context of this course, techniques, procedures and models will be introduced and discussed, showing how data filing, the generation and analysis of information, and the distribution of this information are carried out.

 

Today, the advertising budgets spent on online and social media marketing measures greatly outweigh the expenditure for TV, print or radio advertising. With the help of the new online instruments, target groups can be reached without wasting resources, products can be experienced interactively, and consumers can be converted to multipliers.
